Z's announce 12-game spring slate

The New Orleans Zephyrs, Triple-A affiliate of the Florida Marlins, will face the Buffalo Bisons and Memphis Redbirds in their spring training exhibition schedule, released Tuesday.

2010 single-game tickets are now on sale

Single-game tickets for the New Orleans Zephyrs' 2010 season went on sale Monday, March 8th at 10:00 a.m. Tickets can be purchased at the Zephyr Field box office, or by visiting Ticketmaster.

New Orleans Zephyrs baseball will have a new flagship radio station for 2010 as WMTI, True Oldies 106.1 FM, becomes the home for all Zephyrs games on the radio.

"Playing for Peanuts" is a 10-episode TV series about minor league baseball. The series follows the South Georgia Peanuts - a team in the now-defunct South Coast League.
