Best Second Half Promotion Schedule in K-Tribe History

Kinston, NC - Party like it's 1949 as the K-Tribe celebrates 60 years of Historic Grainger Stadium with a second half full of fun. The K-Tribe plays 36 home games at Historic Grainger Stadium from June 25th through August 30th with a promotion or special value for all 36 games! It starts with a bang on Thursday, June 25th with a T-Shirt giveaway!

Other highlights include a Saturday, June 27th visit from Spiderman! The web-slinger himself will be on hand to entertain, take pictures and give autographs to all of his fans!

Watch - Playing for Peanuts

"Playing for Peanuts" is a 10-episode TV series about minor league baseball. The series follows the South Georgia Peanuts - a team in the now-defunct South Coast League. It shows the real lives of ballplayers at the lowest level of professional baseball, from long bus rides and disgusting living conditions to injuries and bench-clearing brawls.

Featuring appearances by current and former Major Leaguers including Wally Backman, Cecil Fielder, Phil Plantier, Ron Darling and Conor Jackson.
